We review applications regularly and work with our partner network to help you access the most relevant support.

Here’s how the process works:

1) Applicants complete and submit an application form.
2) Our review team meets to assess your request.
3) We contact all applicants to set up a telephone conversation to determine how SEP can best help you with your needs.
4) Once the relevant support has been identified to serve your needs, a SEP Coordinator will reach out with the details and next steps.

We are committed to keeping you informed. Within a week of submission of the readiness assessment, we’ll reach out and let you know where your application is in the process.
